Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering phones, taking phone orders, handling in-store shoppers and contacting clients to resolve open orders or issues. Ensures that each item on the selling floor contains the accurate item number & correct retail sticker price, stocks/faces retail floor, performs back-stocking of items tried on in dressing rooms and from Visual Merchandising Sets. Supports other client facing departments to assist with creating a smooth, accurate ordering process.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones and take orders.
  • Resolve customer issues, assist with finding the best product for their needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy
  • Maintain a good attendance record.
  • Contact customers when special orders or will-call orders are ready for pick up.
  • Accurately stock all items on retail floor.
  • Ensure that Visual Merchandising is replicated when items are removed for sale.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Deep knowledge of equestrian products and services with the ability to confidently convey this information effectively to customers
  • Strong sales or customer service experience
  • Excellent computer skills, email, Internet products
  • Ability to learn proprietary computer programs for use in order processing and inventory management
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Work effectively as a team member
  • Ability to work Full-time, during store business hours
  • Ability to work occasional over-time
  • Work effectively as a team member
  • Comfortable with working against established goals
  • Ability to work standing for long periods of time
  • Ability to climb, stoop, bend, lift, push, pull and carry up to 40 lbs.

Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining the day to day warehouse functions supporting the management and processing of all orders submitted on our website or via phone for an Equestrian retail store and online fulfillment center.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to daily inbound or outbound warehouse operations.
  • Receive, check in and put away stock with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy.
  • Assemble, keenly inspect and assess product condition to ensure first-quality level check before entering merchandise into inventory.
  • Receive, inspect, document and process all client returned merchandise in a timely manner.
  • Carefully inspect outbound packages.
  • Support UPS, Freight, Returns and Retail Operations department as needed.
  • Continuously seek to eradicate operational inefficiencies and performance gaps.
  • Maintain documentation and records of items pick and put away locations and/or quantities.
  • Recognize and bring issues to light such as but not limited to product, paperwork, labeling, or other errors as well as product damage or expiration.
  • Meet schedules and timelines.
  • Maintain storage areas and warehouse equipment in a neat, clean, orderly and safe manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous Warehouse experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work with a team to accomplish a common goal
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn and adapt within the organization in a positive manner
  • Physical stamina, ability to frequently lift, push and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to withstand prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and/or climbing
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to prioritize
  • Enjoys being part of a winning team, doing what it takes to ensure the team wins

  • Ability to work Full-time, Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm with occasional over-time
  • Knowledge of equestrian products (Preferred)
