At Dressage Extensions, our goal is your complete satisfaction. We want you to receive all items exactly as you anticipated. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you are invited to return the unused item for an exchange or complete refund within 30 days (undergarments are not returnable). Just follow the return instructions on the back of the invoice that accompanies your order. Call us if you have any questions.

Our Customer Service Department is committed to answering your questions. Our expert dressage staff is available by e-mail at mail@dressageextensions.com or by phone at 800-303-7849. The Customer Service department's hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday, Pacific time.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally sent by UPS ground and can take up to 7 business days for delivery. Additional shipping charges will be applied when Priority Mail is requested (use the "Comments" section of the Customer Information page).

For shipments in the continental United States (lower 48 states only) the following rates apply:
