We do not charge your credit card until items are shipped. Checks are deposited upon receipt of order.

How will you ship my Standard shipping package?
Unless you specify otherwise, we ship via FedEx Ground Economy, DHL, and US Postal Service. If shipped by FedEx Ground Economy or DHL, they will deliver your package to your Post Office and the Post Office will deliver the package(s) with your regular mail.

When will I receive my Standard shipping package?
Most customers will see their in-stock items in approximately 2-9 business days. We ship all orders promptly. However, items are occasionally not in stock due to manufacturers' delay. You will be notified of any delay. For custom or special orders, please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery, or see delivery times where indicated for specific custom items.

How much does Expedited Ground shipping cost?
Expedited ground shipment costs $5.00 per box in addition to your regular shipping charges.

When will I receive my Expedited Ground package?

How much does Guaranteed 3-business day shipping cost?
Average orders up to 10 pounds cost $12 per box in addition to your regular shipping charges. For orders weighing over 10 pounds, add an additional $1.00 per pound.
