Photography Coordinator

Oversees the complete and successful coordination and facilitation of all aspects of studio and location photography as well as mood art image replenishment and vendor art processing for Dover Saddlery on schedule. Includes processing, reporting, and tracking of all samples, vendor art, and mood art images. Chief lead in upkeep and communications for Asset Management system. Develops and executes complete location shoot planning processes as well as on site model and shot time management. Assists Director with visual marketing collateral in gathering appropriate images. Facilitates coordination of all rider permissions and model releases. Works on photography projects with other team members.

Responsibilities:
•Sample and Vendor Art Processing
•Maintain up-to-date tracking records of photo samples and vendor art
•Coordinate and facilitates samples from warehouse
•Oversee scheduling and all logistics of studio work, prepares photography samples and ship to studios / location
•Process samples to photo budget requirements.
•Develop and issue weekly missing sample reports – meets with buyers to update status
•Photography liaison
•Coordinates all aspects of photography approvals with photographers, designers, and merchandising.
•Identifies any corrections, color adjustments or post-production corrections and communicates as appropriate
•Vendor / Mood Art Processing and Facilitation
•Oversee vendor art process, tracking and image IDing
•Facilitate new art as it arrives on Dover ftp site, verify integrity and file size
•Negotiate all rates associated with image / mood art photography
•Maintain mood art library: research/ options for merchandising mood art on high profile catalog pg.
•Responsible for gaining and organizing all photo permissions documentation
•Location Photography
•Coordinate location shoot efforts: Model search, samples/outfits, logistics, farms - working with Director
•Research, provide options for director and secure farm locations including horses and models
•Develop shot list and planning documents including planning schedule
•Coordinate, prep, label by shot all necessary products and ship all location product to site
•Attend shoots, maintain model shoot schedule to ensure time efficiencies are met.
•Manages models and outfitting on site
•Photographic library maintenance
•Scouts and presents models, farm locations, horse selections as required by business needs
•Photography images, usage rights, and ongoing relationships with professional photographer base.
•Asset Management
•Chief Lead in maintaining Asset Management system and records
•Responsible for metadata upkeep and liaison
•Processes vendor art as needed.
•Assist as needed in the asset development and fulfillment of Market Place businesses (dropship, TSC, Amazon, etc.)
•Assist Director as deemed by priority and deadline on whatever task or project d is required.
•Helps facilitate all images for omni channel marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:
•BA Degree/Equivalent, 3+ years in Production, Agency work or Project Management
•Strong project management skills, ability to organize and prioritize workload
•Stellar communication and people skills required, team player, self starter
•Ability to work in multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously, strong follow through
•Proficient computer skills with Word and Excel, and basic Photoshop
•Equestrian experience required.

Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate has the baseline skill set to process and execute step by step instructions with few errors. This role could be working in any area of the warehouse including, but not limited to receiving, picking, packing, pull down, put away, Inventory/Quality Control, and facilities. Full-Time shifts are typically Monday to Friday, from 7:00am to 3:30pm or 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Responsibilities:
• Learn and completely understand the upstream and downstream impacts of the tasks you are asked to execute.
• Works with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy.
• Recognize and bring issues to light such as but not limited to product, paperwork, labeling, or other errors as well as product damage or expiration.
• Maintain documentation and records of items pick and put away locations and/or quantities.
• Meet schedules and timelines.
• Maintain storage areas and warehouse equipment in a neat, clean, orderly and safe manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when unclear on what to do.
• Make accurate mathematical calculations.
