Production Catalog Copywriter (Remote)

As a team member in a fast-paced creative department, this position will primarily be editing, formatting, and fitting supplied copy on catalog pages as well as developing headlines and editorial messaging. Requires a firm grasp in InDesign and content management systems and will be required to maintain the copy database. The copywriter will also work collaboratively with other team members to communicate and execute copy edits, scheduling and workflow. This position will supply the copy needs for additional multi-channel marketing initiatives as needed including retail collateral, blogs and assist in developing product copy. The copywriter will collaborate to ensure all copy reflects the Dover Saddlery brand and voice.


Responsibilities:
• Inputs, formats, copy fits and edits, catalog content into page and spread layouts.
• Provides headline, subhead, editorial and additional product content as requested.
• Ensures copy conventions are developed, applied correctly, and adhered to on all digital or print media.
• Implements catalog copy and pricing using Indesign, Content Management Systems ( Easy Catalog) and Excel.
• Formats and maintains stylistic conventions with InDesign styles.
• Works in conjunction with creative platform team, graphic designers, and pricing team to meet all deadlines.
• Maintains copy database.


Qualifications:
• A firm grasp of Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, Microsoft Office 365 and content management tools.
• Catalog production experience.
• Equestrian experience required.
• Resourceful and resilient self-starter who is deadline driven in fast paced environment.
• Strong multi-tasking with ability to work on multiple projects at one time.
• Team orientated with strong communication and people skills.
• Strong English writing, grammar, and editing skills.

Responsible for providing customers with prompt and courteous service and assistance, replenishing, and stocking merchandise, and keeping the sales floor clean, neat, and fully organized. Retail District Manager

The Retail District Manager creates productive work environments in our stores that promote a high level of customer service. This role is responsible for hiring and training store managers who are committed to the company’s success. The Retail District Manager is responsible for establishing benchmarks for store management teams and executing policies and programs that will help those teams achieve their goals. Remote Customer Service Representative

Entry level Full and Part time positions in our Customer Service Department. Our CSRs are critical to our brand and to our commitment to putting our customers first. As a CSR you are primarily responsible for assisting customers with questions, finding products and taking orders.

Warehouse Associate- Littleton, MA

The Warehouse Associate has the baseline skill set to process and execute step by step instructions with few errors. This role could be working in any area of the warehouse including, but not limited to receiving, picking, packing, pull down, put away, Inventory/Quality Control, and facilities. Full-Time shifts are typically Monday to Friday, from 7:00am to 3:30pm or 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Responsibilities:
• Learn and completely understand the upstream and downstream impacts of the tasks you are asked to execute.
• Works with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy.
• Recognize and bring issues to light such as but not limited to product, paperwork, labeling, or other errors as well as product damage or expiration.
