LeMieux® Le Cool Grip Dressage Pad

The Le Cool Grip Dressage Pad is LeMieux’s latest saddle pad made to keep your horse comfortable. It is an ideal pad for use in hot and humid conditions or for horses that generally sweat a great amount during work. It’s a self-cooling design constructed with innovative FeelCool® Ice material with cooling crystals kneaded into the weave. It is activated by moisture, so the greater the moisture content the greater the cooling effect.

The crystals have incredible heat pick-up and transfer properties, gradually absorbing and wicking sweat from the horse. Under extreme conditions, once dissipated, a reverse rapid cooling effect is produced. The inner lining is the same self-cooling fabric as the top which is soft, friction-free and ensures the whole pad breathes and wicks at the same level.

The Le Cool Grip Dressage Pad also features a new silicone design to ensure saddle stability. It is cut to fit a wide range of dressage saddles and features a cutback, high wither. LeMieux’s signature girth protection area includes inner girth loops to provide multiple girthing options.

Memory foam under the saddle area assists with horse comfort and shock absorbency. A unique blast foam core has been through a process in which hot air is forced through the memory foam under pressure to create the extremely breathable yet supportive and lightweight perforated material.

LeMieux recommends washing this pad before use on your horse. Washing makes the fabric softer and is especially appropriate with sensitive-skinned horses. Machine wash on normal cycle. Close all hook-and-loop fasteners. Use of a wash bag is highly recommended. Hang dry and pull into correct shape during drying.
