PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: EquiFit® Thin ImpacTeq® Half Pad with Shims
The EquiFit® Thin ImpacTeq® Half Pad with Shims was designed with suggestions from top riders and professional saddle fitters. The technology provides a unique combination of comfort and protection for your horse’s back to optimize performance and recovery. Because this half pad can be shimmed, it is an outstanding solution for correcting saddle fit, for riders who use one saddle on multiple horses and for any horse whose back is changing. It can be particularly helpful with young horses and those returning to work after time off.
Key features & benefits:
- Just 0.5" thick: a close-contact version of the original ImpacTeq Half Pad.
- ImpacTeq core: absorbs concussion using a carefully-selected, low-profile, open-cell foam found in sports equipment and technical footwear.
- Highly breathable: multi-dimensional air mesh layer promotes air circulation.
- Advanced equine back protection: distributes and reduces harmful pressure points under the saddle.
- Contoured shape: provides ample room for withers and spine.
- Felt shims: comes with a complete set of six 6mm felt shims (shoulder, center and rear).
- Discreet pockets: placed thoughtfully to avoid unwanted bulk near the spine.
- Molds to horse and saddle: recovers its original shape after each use.
- Nonslip design: grippy strips on the underside help stabilize the pad.
- Antimicrobial: includes materials that discourage bacterial growth.
- Easy-care: wipes clean with a damp cloth.
Made in USA.
