- Measure from below the knee to the coronary band.
- Note: It may appear the wrap is too wide. Ice packs fluff up as much as 1-2" when frozen. The outer sheel is designed to stretch and then compress the ice evenly along the horse or pony's legs.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Ice Horse® Suspensory Wraps
Ice Horse® Suspensory Wraps provide therapeutic cooling and compression from just below the knee along the entire cannon, pastern and fetlock areas covering the entire length of lower leg and suspensory ligaments. Wraps fit both front and hind legs and are great for treating Suspensory Ligament injury and Deep Digital Flexor Tendon problems. Sold in pairs complete with 8 reusable Cold Capsule Inserts. Anatomical fit provides targeted cooling and compression. Therapeutic Benefits: Reduces inflammation, arthritis, bruises, injuries and controls swelling Inserts mold to the horse’s leg to provide therapeutic cooling for over two hours–3x longer than gel. Wraps are made of breathable non-neoprene fabric. Specially placed Velcro® with EZY Peel closures allow for a secure tight fit every time. Removal is easy—no yanking or jerking on the tabs to undo. Reusable Inserts. When you are done, simply place your packs back in the freezer. Within hours they are ready to use again. You may also refreeze the packs in the wraps.
