The Fleck® Dressage Whip with Leather Flapper is well-balanced and lightweight. In classic black, this whip features a soft, solid rubber handle and woven nylon-covered shaft with a solid fiberglass core. The shaft tapers to an oblong leather flapper instead of a lash.
