The WeatherBeeta® Sweet Itch Shield with Combo Neck offers head-to-tail protection for sensitive horses that suffer in buggy seasons. This sheet provides 90%+ protection from ultraviolet rays, sun bleaching, parasites and insects to help avoid irritation and skin allergies such as sweet itch.
Made with a strong 600 denier ripstop outer that is highly breathable, it has lined shoulders to help prevent rubbing and stretching. An elasticized, adjustable belly wrap and full wrap tail flap ensure maximum coverage. An ear hood on the integrated neck cover has an elastic insert around the ears to ensure the neck area of the blanket stays in place to provide complete protection and boost comfort. Comfortable wither relief reduces rubbing, and traditional side gussets allow natural movement.
